Terms and Conditions – CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur

1. CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur must complete the project.
2. How to Refer: Have your friend fill out the form below.
3. Eligibility: You do not have to be a customer of CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur to participate in this referral program.
4. Applicable Properties: This program applies to both residential and commercial properties.
5. No Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself.
6. One Referral Per Address: Only one referral per new project address is allowed.
7. Verification Process: CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur will verify the referral status. If the referred person’s name and address are already in our system, they will not be considered a new referral. The referral must be entered into the system as your referral before the first appointment.
8. Referral Qualification: The referral must schedule an estimate with a Sales Representative within 30 days of referral. The project must be completed and paid in full to qualify for the $100 referral bonus.
9. Prior Notification: The referred customer must state they were referred by you before their estimate appointment. You cannot claim someone already in our system as your referral.
10. Referral Bonus Timeline: Please allow 4-8 weeks after the referred customer’s project is completed and paid in full for the $100 referral bonus to be sent.
11. Bonus Distribution: At your request, we can split the referral bonus between you and your referral.
12. Program Changes & Disqualifications: Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
13. Right to Verify: CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur has the right to verify and disclose referral/referee information.
